some important stuff to know:
and we have all the requirement (br and wealth) but there still chance to not be in. partecipants should be multiply of 24...
yes, dates are all sundays
there will be to discuss about that. only 40 spots and due to importante of preliminaries, stronger ppls should be prefered, anyway not everyone may be online at that time of sunday...
and of course team formation...
on our server there are only 5 guilds that at the moment match the br requirement but there are also strong ppls in lower guild that may want to partecipate. indeed I already had some contact for possible merge. also this need to be discussed quite quickly cause the date of sign in is close and miss this mean wait almost 2 months. personally I don't like to discuss such important stuff so quick but some datails about crosserver gb weren't known before...
some important stuff to know:
Any guild with over 5,000,000 Guild BR can use 1,000,000 Guild Wealth to sign-up, only the guild leader can sign-up. The Cross-server Guild Battle requires 24 at least participants; otherwise, the event will be cancelled until the next time.
The event will be cancelled for the season if there are less than 24 participants before sign-up ends, entry fee (Guild Wealth) will be returned.

10/05/2014 from 20:30 - 21:30
10/12/2014 from 20:30 - 21:30
Matching Rules: Guilds are randomly matched in the first round, later matching will based on rankings.
Ranking Rules: All guilds start with 0 points and will be ranked according to victories, accumulated points, and guild battle rating. Guilds with similar/close rankings will fight each other in the next round.
Rewards: After the preliminaries end, the system will send rewards according to rankings. (Rewards can be exchanged for items in Guild Shop.)
Finals:
10/19/2014 from 20:30 - 21:30
10/26/2014 from 20:30 - 21:30
11/02/2014 from 20:30 - 21:30
All guilds will be divided into groups according to Preliminaries rankings: Diamond (Top 1-8), Gold (Top 9-16), and Silver (Top 17-24). These guilds will be matched according to the matching rules and go on to the next 3 rounds within their own group.
Guilds that rank lower than the top 24 will be placed in the Iron group in which guilds are ranked according to victories, accumulated points and guild battle rating. Guilds with similar/close rankings will fight each other in the next round.
Rewards will be sent based on the final rankings.
Non-matched Guild
When the total number of participating guilds is an odd number, one guild will be left out of the matchup process (defaulted to the guild with the lowest battle rating in the first round of preliminaries and guilds who place last in future rankings). Guilds who are not matched will receive a Lucky Reward.

Q: If I leave my guild to join another guild to get registered for Cross Server Guild Battle, how do I make sure I get rewards? Do I have to stay with that guild until after all the Cross Server Guild Battle events (7-weeks long)? Or can I return back to my original guild immediately after registration and still participate in all battles and get rewards?
A: you have to change guilds before guild is registered for gb. If you leave guild after it is is registered you won’t get any prize even if you get back to same guild an hour later.
