For some ppls the actual time of ToA is a bit too late, so may be usefull anticipate it.
I've chosed some possible hours out of events (Arena, Guild Battle, Amethyst Mine, World Boss, Battleground...)
At 17:00 and often 17:20 I'm still at work so the times may be quite indicatives, I mean the real time can be +/-5 mins
Anyway after voting post always your choice so I can know who voted
